Transcript of records
All mobility students are entitled to obtain a transcript of records.
Examination results of session exams are released after the conference on examination results:
autumn semester: second half of February
spring semester: mid September
For all other subjects, the lecturers register ECTS and grades continuously. The Study Administration Office credits the performance assessments right after the receipt of the grade/result lists. Then performance assessments are viewable on myStudies.
Examination Report
If you need a grade for ungraded performance assessments (marked as "passed") for your home university, please ask your lecturer for an additional Examination Report. These grades can not be transferred into the official transcript of records.
How to get the transcript of records
Remind your lecturers when performance assessments are still missing in the fourth week after the lectures have ended (exeptions: results of session exams). Inform them by email that you need your grades and ECTS to be able to continue your studies at home.
If you need your transcript earlier, please discuss this point with your lecturers in due time.
Once your ECTS and grades are complete, ask for your transcript of records by getting in touch with the mobility coordinator at the D-ARCH (let us know if you need the transcript in a printed version or sent by emailed of both).
