Located south of the Alps, Ticino is distinguished by its unique microclimate, extensive infrastructural networks, availability of construction and energy resources, intricate patterns of migration, and rich cultural heritage. During three semesters the students of the chair of Elli Mosayebi investigated the region and designed projects, that deal with different temporal frameworks: permanent, circular and temporary. A collection of drawings, construction details, architectural models, photographs and collages are exhibited at the Istituto Internazionale di Architettura i2a in Lugano from May to June.
